Scale
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice, from about 4 to 6 lemons
- ½ cup dark sweet cherries, thawed if frozen, pitted
- ¼ cup (76.5 g) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 2 ½ to 3 cups cold water
- Ice
Instructions
- In a blender, blend the lemon juice and cherries until smooth.
- For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp or skins.
- Pour the cherry-lemon mixture into a pitcher and add the sweetened condensed milk and sugar, whisking until fully combined.
- Stir in 2 ½ to 3 cups of cold water, adjusting based on your flavor preference.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour the cherry lemonade over the top. Serve immediately.
Notes
Adjust sweetness by varying the sugar amount to taste.
For a fruitier flavor, add more cherries if desired.
Serve chilled for the best refreshing taste.
