Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb prepared pizza dough
- 2½ cups diced chicken
- 6 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup creamy caesar dressing
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon cold water
Instructions
- Remove the pizza dough from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before starting the recipe and let it sit in a lightly oiled bowl covered with plastic wrap.
- In a large bowl, mix together chicken, bacon, mozzarella, provolone, Parmesan, green onions, and Caesar dressing.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the pizza dough into thirds and shape each piece into a 10×6-inch rectangle. Spoon ⅓ of the chicken mixture down each rectangle.
- Fold the dough like a burrito and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Beat the egg with water and lightly brush the tops of the bakes, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Notes
Let the pizza dough rest before using for a better texture.
You can customize the fillings with your favorite vegetables or different cheeses.
These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later baking.
