Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, about 12 ounces
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk or whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • pineapple slices, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, and kosher salt to a food processor.
  2. Blend for 3 to 5 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary, until smooth and creamy with no large pineapple pieces.
  3. Spoon the Dole Whip into bowls or glasses. Garnish with optional pineapple slices and serve immediately.
  4. For a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your preference.
If you prefer a dairy-free version, coconut milk is the best option!
Garnishing with fresh pineapple slices adds a nice touch for presentation.
