  • ⅓ cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 tablespoons toasted coconut
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries


Instructions

  1. In an airtight container, combine the steel cut oats, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
  3. The next day, place approximately ¼ cup of your choice of fruit, nuts, or seeds into a mason jar.
  4. Spoon ¼ cup of the prepared overnight oats into the jar, and top with additional fresh fruit.
  5. Seal the jars with lids and refrigerate for one more night.
