Ingredients

Scale
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 (391g) can pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup green pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the canned pizza crust over the parchment-lined baking sheet and cut it into 6 equal rectangles.
  3. In one corner of each rectangle, spread a bit of pizza sauce, add some mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings, making sure to leave space at the edges.
  4. Fold each rectangle diagonally to create a triangular pouch and seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the dough turns crisp and golden. Let them cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.

Notes

Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite pizza toppings.
Make sure not to overfill the dough to ensure a proper seal.
Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
